Paolo joined Constellation HomeBuilder Systems in 2020 having worked in production homebuilding for the previous 15 years. He started his career in product development as a software engineer helping companies build tools and products across multiple verticals and industries. In 2006 he started in the homebuilding industry as a consultant on a business systems implementation for Standard Pacific Home (SPH). He joined SPH in a full-time capacity in 2008 and held several roles culminating in running the IT department through the merger with Ryland Homes to form CalAtlantic homes. After CalAtlantic he served as a senior vice president and CIO in several public homebuilding companies with his final role being the CIO for William Lyon Homes through the acquisition by Taylor Morrison.
During his tenure with several of the public homebuilding companies he helped architect and develop data platforms to provide visibility to information across the organization, allowing different segments of the business to identify inflection points and pivot to align with the market. He brings this knowledge of the homebuilding industry and, specifically, the data needs of homebuilding organizations, to Constellation and will be focused on delivering value to our customers through data driven solutions and tools.

With nearly 20 years of experience in homebuilding software, Bob is uniquely qualified to lead the team that guides our customers through system adoption. He oversees the software implementation process for new customers and leads the team that provides ongoing training and consulting for existing clients.
Before joining Constellation, Bob was Executive Vice President at Hyphen Solutions, one of Constellation’s valued business partners, where he focused on the adoption of the BuildPro-SupplyPro platform across the homebuilding industry. In his time there, 11 of North America’s top 15 homebuilders implemented this supply-chain solution across their entire organizations.
Given his experience with hundreds of software implementations, Bob has introduced best practices into Constellation HomeBuilder Systems’ software adoption processes, ensuring our customers realize all the benefits of our software while maximizing ROI.
