Congratulations on the sale of your listing. I liked that house. The House of the Week should include a washer and dryer at that price point. Very nice home. I love the water but fear alligators. In this case, I guess I’d overlook that. I agree, I love the color. Looks kind of like a taupe, but it’s difficult to tell, colors are somewhat distorted on KZread. Thank you, Jana.

I agree with you Cynthia, I thought that the washer and dryer would have been included. Gators aren’t a threat unless you start feeding them. Thank you for always taking the time to comment, we really appreciate you.

Ha ha. Cameraman is almost always in the doghouse for various reasons. I think this last time I was working and asked him to do a couple of chores around the house, when I came home he was out golfing and no chores done. Said he forgot. He does work hard and deserves some leisure time but he could easily have done both that day. He stays mainly in the dog house because he jokes a lot, sometimes they just aren’t funny 😂

Do home like your house of the week need flood insurance for the water close?

No, flood insurance is not required. However, some folks feel safer just having it even if not by water.
