congratulations on an amazing run! So invested in both of you and sad to see you guys leave! How long were you guys actually there for filming? Do you film one episode per day or they could fit in another episode to film in one day?

@@mrharris9414 They've showed behind the scenes in the past, and they film several episodes in a day with the same celebs and have new contestants on standby as new or existing teams are eliminated. That helps with keeping contestants on a roll. You can see both celeb teams and contestants stay hot as opposed to coming in cold into a round.

All good things must come to an end 😢. I really thought after seeing David and Jessa’s historic run last season, no one will ever come close. But Deondray and Chris have set a record for most appearances (17), while they tie (16) with wins. Massive congratulations on everything you guys have achieved on the show, and all the best for the future!

The slow-as-molasses approach to the Money Round defers the title of "better team."
Great video and episode
Someone needs to advise the celebrities to keep their cool and shift direction when their team is clearly not connecting with a clue. Especially a terrible clue like Cosby's treat, which Jello is not the true word anyway. Colton getting angry they aren't picking up his out-dated clue isn't helping .. those guys may be younger & Bill Cosby hasn't had those Jello Pudding Pop commercials on the air for 30+ years and I only remember them as pudding pops myself. Hair mousse, spray... and they would have gotten gel. The trouble with going down the path of a phonetically similar word, if you need to shift, now you have to restart the clue with 2-3 words.

Have you ever seen this show? When they try to get an answer by changing themes, it N-E-V-E-R works. The contestants just get confused. Cosby treat is the perfect clue for the homophone "JELLO".

@@Mr21scott It does often work! You just have to do it right and use your intonation to clarify that you’re pivoting. Age is definitely an excuse. You as well as everyone else are not going to know certain things because of your age. I had no clue what he was on about, as the Brits would say lol. I would’ve desperately hoped for a new clue.

So hard to watch Deondray and Chris go! The list was very do-able, and Colton is a great player - really too bad he choked.

Deondray got it in seven but he could've gotten it in SIX if he hadn't said SYNONYM!!!!!!!!!!!! (Risky move -- in addition to daft -- given he only had eight words!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
So sad to see these champs go. They did get stumped on mumble which was fairly easy so the new ones won it fair and square.

FINALLY! I was sick and tired of those two. It's about damn time. STFU.
Although Colton did good with the not dad to get the mum in mumble, wish it was said it sooner to allow more time for stage manager (I would have struggled with providing condense clues for that) 😢.
😩😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
SPOILER BARRIER
It's crazy to think that Deondray and Chris wouldn't have gotten past a few games if Melissa hadn't said the word "animal" for "animal cracker" which I am sure she did on purpose. She'll always deny it and people will claim it's not true but she had just played with Chris/Deondray, they got the last word right after the buzzer, she felt bad and would have brought a mediocre team to victory with her prowess. So at the very last second, she said the word and I know she did it because she felt the better team should go on. And they did and proved themselves worthy. But so many great teams have to leave early because one celebrity contestant is better than another so Chris/Deondray could have gone home without ever showing what they could do.
Wow they're pretty bad. The champs i meant.

@@DraygowildDSR I’m curious - in what way do you think “synonym middle” is safer than “middle” (with the right intonation)? As a viewer I’ve always found “synonym” completely useless, and I’ve seen players lose countless times due to using it! As a 17-time contestant, you obviously have a different perspective, so I’d be curious to hear your thoughts!
@DraygowildDSR

@eliasshakkour2904 Sure thing. So, with adding the term "synonym," you leave it less open to interpretation, especially under a time crunch. What if I had just said Middle? They could have said Beginning, End, Intermission, Halftime, Split, etc. When the stakes are high, sometimes you overthink and so I wanted to alley-oop this word for my team. Was it the optimal play? Possibly not, but it got the desired result.
