Great tip bro👍👍...സത്യത്തിൽ ഒരു വീട്( of same sqft)ഏതു rate ഇൽ വേണമെങ്കിലും വയ്ക്കാം. ..ഒരുപാട് കള്ളത്തരം നടക്കുന്ന ഒരു മേഖല ആണിത്. ...നമ്മൾ construction start ചെയ്യും മുന്നേ കുറച്ച് കാര്യങ്ങൾ മനസ്സിൽ ആക്കി ഇറങ്ങിയാൽ തന്നെ, പലതും തിരിച്ചു അറിയാൻ സാധിക്കും. .വീട് പണി തുടങ്ങു്ന്നതിനു മുന്നേ ഒരു 7 months research ആയിരുന്നു. ..അതിന്റെ ഗുണം ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉണ്ട്‌. ..എന്നിട്ടും അബദ്ധങ്ങൾ പറ്റിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. .ചിലതൊക്കെ control ഉണ്ടാകില്ല. ..But, at the end , ഞങ്ങൾ എടുത്ത effort ഇൽ, ഞങ്ങൾ happy ആണ്
