@@backtohome okay , sure i will talk to him. Apparently i had his no. already saved..(given by his parent company as ratheesh is TVM in charge). Let me tell you another two issue . Have you climbed that ladder given by them? Try it. It's scary to use that NARROW ladder esp when the tank is sitting sky high. In my opinion they should give a wider ladder. 2. Design of stand needs improvement. Tank doesn't touch on all the support pipes equally. Need more perfect fit. Again Thanks for number . Will talk to him 1🙏
