I'm an American retired 82 years old living in the Philippines. I was a businessman in the US but also lived on a ranch for 45 years of my life. I was on a ketogenic diet organic foods from the garden grass-fed beef goat venison wild turkeys. Many of the foods we get here in the Philippines in the open market are organic because the small farmers cannot afford pesticides. The beef is grass-fed not finished in a feed lot. I take a host of supplements vitamin d and minerals. Still sexually active. Exercise still with lightweights and bicycles. Body fat is to a minimum. My waist size is the same as high school and college. I intermittent fasting two meals a day max sometimes only one a day. Lots of protein and vegetables limited fruit littler no sugar. My youngest son is 10 years old. So yes I had my son at 72 years old. I'm so grateful to have eaten and exercise right. Not looking to live forever but looking to live today in every way. Take good care of yourself ❤️.

I had the same weight gain happen when I returned from 2 years in Indonesia. When I returned I weighed 175 lbs (same as I weighed when graduating) I could run, was super flexible (nose to knees), able to squat like Asians do, I felt awesome. In one week I gained, eating the same portions, same style food and walking instead of driving. After about 15 years; I'm now stiff, have achy joints, can't run, only eat twice a day and weigh around 250 lbs. Our food sucks.

When it comes to food we all need to VOTE WITH OUR MONEY. I have been praying for YEARS for the American people to wake up and see what they are missing out on. We are so blessed here in my country to have really natural, healthy, more tasty things to eat than the horrid stuff I saw US'ers munching on during my visit to the ""Land of the Free"" I felt so bad for all those poor Americans, duped as they were into relishing all those prescription drugs, then more drugs off the black market, trash food, trash drinks, tattoos.... it was painful to see as many Americans are related to us by history and now they are disappearing on the land they built. Outside of North America we know many people who only ever buy cuck-a-cola to clean stains off their toilet bowls and USA prefab peanutbutter to bait rat-traps. Perhaps some villainous figures are using those materials to bait unwitting Americans? To clean the simple but honest American people out of their villainous consciences? FOOD FOR THOUGHT? If good Americans only knew how much power and quality of life they could gain by committing Revolution against their cynical food barons through the SIMPLEST MEANS...ie THEIR PURCHASING VOTE. Eventually, the production industry would have to change entirely to suit the market demand. So all patriots should be using their money spending choices to up-end the tyranny of the corporates v the people.❤

I agree. My body was filling with inflammation when I ate bread and pasta. I ended up with a mini stroke. I saw a nutritionist and learned the studies say that the breads & pastas now hold three times the water in the body. Combined with the herbicides used on the plants it makes a person gradually get sick. Starts with swelling in the ankles and then the whole body. I stopped eating bread & pasta but still eat same amount of calories and have shed 30 pounds.

Many people in the U.S. are absolutely obsessed with the prospect of aging, looking younger and dieting. It's not possible to reverse aging, but one can do many things to be healthy and still age gracefully. Moderation is the key to reducing the stress factors that accompany aging. The U.S. is a youth-oriented culture, so the obsession stems from that largely. Eating healthy food that is nutritious and balanced, working out (or just walking often combined with some resistance exercises and balance training) are the best that can be accomplished as we age.

Normally in the morning I can't dedicate an hour for YT videos, even from Vishen and Mind Valley (my all time favorite teacher), I am so happy that I was lead to this video today! 😊 I learned A LOT about foods we in the USA eat. I've known for a while how the PACs have control over the quality of our foods, but even to the extreme of adding hormones and hormone altering additives...it's shameful that there isn't a moral compass in the food industry designed to improve the health of the people. And we wonder what is"wrong" with the American youth today?...look to the foods/drinks we feed them😢. The corn flakes though?!?! smh

Exactly! They have $Ms to blow to live longer & maintain their lifestyle v. pricing their products, at a point that working class people can’t afford. Like Dave said, he lives at the 1% level in the US, implying multimillionaire status. 🙄 Not impressed by $Bs like Naveem & his first robot on the moon, 🤖who shares an island with Richard Branson. 🙄👎Means he’s into AI-Transhumanism. 😳😱 NOT Humanity. FORGET APOLLO PROJECT. I’m NOT sensing a humanitarian, loving, 5D vibe here. Very 3D, debased, hedonistic, narcissistic, elitist, materialistic view on reality, for globalist elite wannabes, who can afford to take 120 supplements/day. What are THEY doing to change the decline in mortality rate in the US, besides selling you their products? 🤔💭💕 They should be GIVING away their protein bars to Maui Lahainans, Palatine, Ohioans, etc., who’ve lost everything. This video started strong, and then ended weak, going downhill quickly.😭👎

I am from so called "clean green NewZealand" I was oversprayed by 245T and 24 D by a neighbouring farmer in 1980. I almost died until i found a doctor who was also a homeopath. Longstory short I was ill for 5 years and have had to forever closely watch my foods. Very hard 40 years ago!!! I live in Indonesia now, cleaner air. In NZ the pesticide and herbicide board used to have men from ICi, Monsanto on it! Hopefully things have improved over 40 years! Glyphosate is still not properly regulated. I take D3 and K2 7, all Bs, Q10, vit C, omega3, turmeric. V low carb, protein, lots of vegetables. Im 77, fit and sailing the world for the past twenty years. Maybe my near death experience making me health conscious my whole life, was a good thing😊

Why would I wanna look any younger than I'm supposed to? That's the problem with society. Everything is based on looks. When being nicer is definitely better than looking younger, prettier handsomer etc... were we not warned that looks could be deceiving? There you have it. Good grief!

It's not a matter of looking younger, that's just an unintended side effect. It's a matter of being healthier. They are referring to a measurement system that tries to equate your heath age. Heart health, stamina, several other things. It may or may not be reliable but their point is, living healthier may lead to longer life and certainly higher quality of life for the time that one has.😉

Usually to compensate for lack of good morals/values which gets worse and fed even more with arrogance from looking younger and have better physique/looks. It's a vicious self feeding cycle. Not that there is something wrong with looking younger but it's prioritized and over emphasized over morals.

“…to compensate for lack of good morals/values” “…prioritized and over emphasized over morals..” Boy, there is a lot of assumptions/projections here?? Your perspective/experience I’m sure is valid. However most people who take getting into good health seriously, are also the same type of people who are disciplined in other areas for their life as well; marriage, kids, work, community .. etc.

I have an organic farm in Ohio and I only do chickens for myself now because I was forced to take them to a government inspected slaughterhouse where they mixed my chickens with other people's and then would dump the waste in huge open cesspools and pollute everything around there. Thanks effing government. Where as on my farm I mix the feathers and the eviscerated parts with sawdust and it all breaks down and nourishes the ground.

In the USA where most of my family live I would eat and work out a lot lifting weights. I got absolutely enormous like never before! Looked like a power builder within months. The food is so incredibly different and it definitely affects the body in a negative away. When am in the UK the food is not as good quality as Latin America.

Well if that's true about animal protein then McDonald's big mac's and burgers along with moms cooking did the trick for me, 6'3" at 154 lbs and a full head of hair at age 56. Add garlic and honey to your daily diet and Greek yogurt. Stay away from foods containing guar gum, zanthan gum and cellulose gum, they're hard on the digestive system and used in many desserts like cupcakes, bread, ice cream and some breads contain the ingredient.

That's right. An hour on a treadmill is a waste of time, but an hour's walk in the woods is not! And a real workout done by you sweating is way more better than seating on a cozy chair on a whatshisname machine for 20 minutes. And living of dozens of pills every single day, are they supplements or whatever, is definitely insane. It's weird.
