I have been feeling so sad that I cried out to my angels and spirit guides. I literally screamed I NEED HELP. Less than thirty minutes later this message appeared. Thank you God. You obviously heard my plea and sent me help. Thank you. ❤❤❤❤ prayers do get answered 😂. AMEN!

When i listen to this, i think of a beautiful poem of Rumi, the Guest House. “This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival. A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor. Welcome and entertain them all! Even if they are a crowd of sorrows, who violently sweep your house empty of its furniture, still, treat each guest honorably. He may be clearing you out for some new delight. The dark thought, the shame, the malice. meet them at the door laughing and invite them in. Be grateful for whatever comes. because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.”

I copied the poem and I went to my library to order a couple of the many volumes that Rumi wrote. Looking forward to enjoying more of a good thing. Thanks 😊

Thank you. I was able to loosen the knots in my back listening to this. Helped me tune my frequency easier with self reiki. I usually try to envision my inner child and imagining her sitting in a corner holding sadness’s hand mutually comforting each other helped a lot. I feel like our sadness reminds us to listen to our inner child and helps guide us to what we need to do to become our higher selves. My sadness is making me communicate with better boundaries lately.

Thank you. I finally had and ha moment today. I no longer want my boyfriend to feel held hostage by this relationship. He said if you love ke you will let me go. I let go. It is definitely a slow burn. I did introduce him to the centering meditation. And meditation is the only thing i can Have faith in at the moment.
