Ep.01 Soupy Tteokbokki

Here's my rendition of my fave Korean street food, Tteokbokki. This is the soupy version which is best eaten with Ramyeon and fried food 😋
Servings: 4 | Prep time: 30 mins | Cook time: 30 mins
👩🏽‍🌾 Ingredients
1½ tbsp gochugaru
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp light soy sauce
½ tbsp sugar
½ tbsp corn syrup
½ tbsp minced garlic
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
1 pc anchovy stock cube
3 cups (750 ml) water
15 - 20 pcs Korean rice cakes
1 cup Napa cabbage
8 pcs smoked chicken cheese cocktail sausages
2 slices honey baked chicken ham
½ Holland onion
Chopped spring onion
Sesame oil
Roasted sesame seeds
