At this point in time Entombed were basically a heavy rock band under a death metal face. And it's killer

@Fall4Kingdom Don't know what a "pull off" means, but I was just saying the solo sounded Slayerish - well, that is to say: sounded as I'd love Slayer to sound today. When I speak about Slayer, I speak about them from Show no mercy to Seasons in the abyss. Since then... well, it's another story. The rest of my comment - death metal, great band - was obviously for Entombed. And when I speak about Entombed, I speak about them from the early days of Nihilist to ... now.

@Fall4Kingdom This discussion is childish. death metal has taken and has been heavily influenced by slayer. including entombed. the anti-Christian theme does not have to be some regulatory any member of any band. is nice as a pose to the shit that represents all religious organization. and is well so be it. Gentlemen this is music! and good music!

@Fall4Kingdom What makes me enjoy old school deathmetal, grindcore, thrash, hardcore, Death'n roll has fortunately a very little to do with what I think of religions and a lot more with the sound And by the way, early Entombed used to cover live "The antichrist", a song from a very good thrash band called Slayer. I just don't care about anyone's belief as long as he doesn't start to show off too much with them. And early Slayer never sounded like an appeal to christianism - to me, at least.
