By law if they do really have a warrant they have to present it to you so you can view it as well as your attorney. Make sure your attorney also files in court to have the body cam footages released

On the story about the children acting out on vacation, I would like to let people know that children can absolutely form permanent memories at the age of 3. It probably was unfair to the little girl. However, it doesn’t sound like she was too upset by the ordeal as she was barely mentioned and so she PROBABLY won’t remember… but my point is that you should never assume what a child will remember. They are fantastic at surprising you.

As a rule of thumb, I'd keep having shared bank accounts for those in (de facto) marriages. I never shared a bank account with any of my long-term partners before I married my spouse and our assets merged anyway. Would have been a right headache to make a clean break with my exes otherwise. Even now we still keep our own bank accounts in case something happens to the other partner and assets in their name get frozen. Gotta have money to get by in case of emergency!
