I love black bags. If I could only have one color for bags, black would be it, followed by beige as a close second.

The Chanel jumbo is so stunning but I’ve noticed how so many people say it’s their least used bag ... yet they can’t part with it. 😂 The same goes for the GST. I’ve heard so many people say it’s not that practical or comfortable but they refuse to part with it. 😆 There’s just something about Chanel that makes us cringe when we think about saying goodbye, right? 😝 I held on to my Chanel rodeo drive hobo in gorgeous cream color with gold hardware for nearly 10 years (used it maybe twice?) and FINALLY sold it last year. Felt so good to say goodbye! 👋 I love my lambskin med classic flap 💕 and my caviar WOC - both black. 🖤 I actually bought the WOC after seeing your video comparing it with the mini rectangular flap!! 😉 Thanks for sharing - such a fun video to watch on a Saturday morning!!! 😘

Absolutely adored this video!! I'm going to get out my 2006 reissue. Haven't even looked at it in several years. I have the Chanel single flap jumbo in caviar leather, silver hardware and it's my most used Chanel bag. But really, I use my YSL, Givenchy and even Gucci bags a lot more.

Love your collection and your honesty about the cons regardless of popularity. We don’t all have the budget for a wonderful bag if it’s not going to be worn often.

I guessed RIGHT.. I knew eet... I squealed when you said Chanel ML!!! .... :) As an owner of a black caviar Chanel maxi, jumbo, ml and mini-- I can totally relate to what you are saying. This was just a ray a sunshine in a bleak world. Thank you for doing this video and cheering me up no end. It would be great if you could do a similar one for your coloured bags. I understand your feelings about the jumbo. I bought mine nearly 10 years ago. I was working full time and had very little down time and I rarely wore it. Now that I am at the age where I, and most of my friends, no longer work full time I have become a lady who lunches, and the jumbo has come into it's own. I use it a lot now because it means taking it out for a few hours regularly instead of trying to wear it all day in situations that weren't either comfortable or appropriate for such an expensive and visible bag.

I just added the mini in black to my collection and I haven’t been able to take it out because I got it like 2 weeks before the stay at home order went into place 😭 I do enjoy looking at it sitting there though. 😂😂😂 & I can fit all my essentials + more in there.

I love your channel & enjoy ur personal, intellectual insight on handbags. I have the Chanel classic flap in small lambskin. Maybe one day I’ll be able to get the jumbo because that’s the size I originally wanted, but didn’t have that kind of money. If I do, it’ll be on the preloved market. I also have the Givenchy Antigone and I don’t use mine much as well. I agree .... the zipper is everything. So smooth and zips so easy and effortless. I do have the Celine on my hit list as well. I want the royal blue color cause it so eye-catching!

FashionistaChick I ve been wanting the jumbo forever. The prices on the pre loved market now are relatively good because so many people sell theirs. Honestly I think this year we should Pull the trigger - big handbags will be solidly back in 2-3 years In my opinion

Love your black collection😍I can appreciate this video very much as a majority of my bags are black. I carry my jumbo (in caviar gold hw) so much! in fact, I bought a second in lambskin with silver hw. Many have sold and I think they'll have sellers remorse when the big hand bag trend comes back. Regardless of the small bag trend I'm going to continue to rock my jumbo 😂 my least favorite bag was the mini Antigona 😳 what? I know everyone loves it, but it didn't work out for me.
