Once my mum and I went to a Dior store, and we didn’t even buy anything. My mum just asked a question, made small talk and left. About 2-3 months later we pop in the same Dior store. The moment we walk it the guy in retail goes “welcome back mrs (my mums name)”. We were both so shocked. We didn’t even buy a thing and even after MONTHS he remembered our last name!!! Dior service is extraordinary. Can’t say the same about Chanel, of course...

That’s amazing. Unfortunately, I have to order my bags online because I’m literally too crippled to ask questions with my social anxiety 😅 I also don’t have many designer stores around my area!

So I’m just gonna say this here again before anyone else makes a rude comment... YES, ALOT of people HAVE asked for this video and just like any one else in the world, this is the collecting she enjoys. When I go to spend my saved money on even ONE of these bags, I will go to this video to see what someone who has background in luxury bags has opinions and insight on. No one complains when a rich dude shows off his car collection, so don’t complain when a hard workin’ woman shows off her bag collection :)

Im such a jewellery collector , and i can tell you its the same with tiffany & co. The quality has gone to shit over the years and prices constantly keep on rising. I think it has to do with rise of social media. There is such a craze among people to acquire these brands, that they get away with higher profits on an inferior product.

The Dior astrological bag is stunning, when you brought it closer to the camera I was like wow definitely see why its expensive! Also, it seems to me that Dior has a much better quality than Chanel. I always wanted a classic Chanel flap but the price increases are ridiculous. No improvement in quality but the price always goes up! Thank you for your honesty on Retail, whether it’s Chanel, Dior, or Target.....I get exactly what you’re talking about! one of my young adult son’s, his Girlfriend asked me, if I ever have felt out of sorts, going into thee more upscale stores, mainly Las Vegas, as we travel there quite often, I said NO WHY THE HELL WOULD I? We are very middle class, we purchase lower end and higher end products, whether it’s perfumes, colognes, clothes, furniture, etc. She had a bad experience, she was treated in the same way as you were, I’m one to say something! It doesn’t matter where one shops, whether upscale or lower end! One should never get treated as a second, third class citizen! We had a friend who would loan his vintage plane, for “Old Time” movies, he personally knew people such as Elizabeth Taylor, anyway he was (since passed) he would dress in torn jeans, the comfiest dress down clothes ever, yet he was a multi millionaire twice over, the moral of the story is....Be very careful of attitude or talking down to others, as you never know who you are truly serving. If I’m on the hunt for a designer bag, someone ever treated me, in that manner, they would lose my business, it happened with Appliances not too long ago! I’ll get off my soap box now. Thank you for bringing this to light! PS years ago, I also worked retail, As you stated, I never treated people in that way!

My Lady Dior is my favourite from my collection too, it’s like a subtle laser cut floral (but classy). I was told only a few were brought into this country when I bought it, I have never seen another like it. I stopped buying designer bags when Instagram became a big deal, I guess they just lost their appeal to me. In my experience Dior sales associates are definitely the best. The store manager somehow remembered my name after 18 months... Louis Vuitton comes a very close second, although I just don’t like any of the bags they have at the moment.

LV associates treated me so poorly and didn’t even offer to help me. Approached people who had came in after me. I had to go up to an associate and show them which bag I wanted to order since it wasn’t in store. As soon as they saw I wanted to spend quite a bit they completely flipped their moods and said “oh you have good taste” when before they were just giving rude looks. I hate giving service to people who are so rude and make you feel little !! I wish we had some more stores in Indiana lol

Hi Lydia, I had the same impression about a Chanel boutique in Milan. I was looking for a product that probably was a limited edition and the employee wasn't very nice with me. She was very haughty. Not a nice experience at all.

Wow I was scammed last month for a bag for $4500 online. I waited for the arrival of the bad only to find out i was scammed. I felt really bad I really wanted the bag. My colleague who got scammed by another person told me she got her money back through some hackbeign on insta. I contacted him immediately he asked a few questions and some other proofs.
