It's great to watch you embrace your Korean skills, despite not being fluent yet. Witnessing this stage of your language learning journey, where you're beginning to use Korean at a basic level, is truly inspiring. A major hurdle in language learning, which often leads to failure, is the misconception that one should wait until they're fluent before using the language in conversation. This is a significant misunderstanding. In fact, actively using the language from the very start is a crucial aspect of learning a new language. Keep it up!

I really like this video and the channel for numerous reasons. This is my first time watching his videos and I'm going through his channels thinking "why and how have I not seen this channel?". Here are my reasons why I really enjoyed this video and why I will continue supporting his videos: 1. He is extremely respectful and polite. Not only is he equipped with the language, but I think he understands the culture and language enough to give respect to the local Koreans by speaking trying to speak Korean as well as knowing polite phrases. His politeness is also very noticeable throughout the video which not only helps with the process of his interviews, but also gives respect towards local Koreans. 2. The format and style of the video. The videos seems to be in a "travel blog" form, which the KZreadr Bald and Bankrupt made it famous, showing authenticity, and the feeling of actually being in the video. 3. His interviews are very well conducted. Throughout the video, I noticed his interviewing skills are well founded and is able to obtain depths and details, while also considering ethical practices. Overall, his videos show great quality!!!

I love what you do. I think this video is very educational even to most of Korean viewers. Your Korean is so good and adequate for the purpose. I hope you get to know much more about Korea. It is a pity not many Koreans have watched this video, yet. I was surprised many old Koreans can speak English at least a little bit. I believe life experiences help. 반갑습니다. Dan씨.

I've lived in Dangsan, Yeongdeungpo, which is pretty close to where you filmed, but I don't consider it dangerous to walk around here even after 12 a.m. It depends on what region you are in. Even in Gangnam gu where a lot of rich people live, there are slums. I think Daerim dong is more dangerous area than here. I think Koreans all know why. By the the way the old photographer you interviewed is well educated and speak great English, thinking of his age.

the people in the Yeongdeungpo slums are not truly poor. there are many people who live there aiming for redevelopment. there are many speculators who live there hoping to receive compensation of as much as $1million to $1.5million per person. therefore, those people are rich. when you look at their faces of people who have suffered.

Hope to see more Korean episodes and more Japan trips please.. i wish i could've chance to invest in you or your channel because i know its going to be huge.. Please don't get me wrong but as a feedback i can say i enjoyed a lot when i watch you in Korea or Japan than US or South America.. Hope you achieve your dream soon and do this full time and we see more content.. Kapsamnidaa.. The other thing is impressed me was your look on today capitalist world, you're so real that can say you bought your jacket from flee market and actually go and buy your hat from there, eating in small restaurants, not going to Starbucks, and how you oppose of the today's capitalist scene which is happening all over the world unfortunately.. Man i wish you a good luck, wish i could do something for you.. waiting your new videos.. Waiting another longer Japan trip.. Oh the last thing i love how you encourage ppl to go travel because this is how you'll find your way in life with different cultures.. Take care man.. Let me know if you come to Manila.. “Most feared slum” is an interesting choice of words without providing the context. There is no neighborhood in Korea like Harlem in New York where you could be assaulted or robbed simply by walking in. There are gangsters in Korea, but they are not like the gangs in L.A. They don’t threaten ordinary people in street much like Yakuza in Japan.
