ENSALADA DE FRUTAS INGREDIENTS:
► 1 can of evaporated milk
► 1 can media crema (table cream)
► 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk
► 4 oz cream cheese at room temperature
► 1/3 cup of sour cream
► 1/2 cup heavy syrup from the canned fruits
► 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
► 5 red apples
► 1 lb strawberries
► 11 oz red grapes
► 1 lb green grapes
► 1 can fruit cocktail
► 1 can peaches
► Some marshmallows
► Some coconut flakes
► Some pecans

It's media crema. You will find it in the same section as the evaporated and condensed milk.

Media crema. Table cream. I use LA Lechera. You can find it next to the sweetened condensed milk.
So sad I can’t do milk products.
