I’m a nurse and I’ve been saying this for years. Any doctor doing this (and having been proven to know the risks and not disclosing them) needs to be prosecuted. I worked in nursing homes in Illinois and kept getting their Frankenstein experiments delivered to me to care for. These poor people. One of them had to have both his legs amputated immediately after hormones from blood clots. This isn’t health care, this is eugenics on autistic people. I know I sound insane but I looked into it profoundly and that’s the conclusion I’ve come to.

What I don't understand is how this goes forward with children, when we already have data to backup the correlation between increased testosterone in the body to cancer. We have over a hundred years of this data from sports figures pumping themselves with these hormones. So sad. Why is the world so f'ing stupid. Nothing makes me angrier than kids suffering. They need help just being kids, free from these stupid politics that just frighten them into depression and misery. Why are we teaching everyone that they are helpless to stop a boogyman that doesn't exist. Western culture is far superior to all others we should celebrate it and naturally become integrated on common values of treating everyone with dignity.

When I was a student I practiced rowing in the 80s. Our coach was a Czechoslovakian female athlete who had defected during a trip to the west for sports competitions. Like many female athletes from the communist bloc, she had received testosterone injections to boost her sporting performance. She had developed all kinds of health problems and deformities. It was heartbreaking. No one can pretend we didn't know the after effects. We have hundred of references from lots of medical cases dating back to the cold war from the USSR and the communist countries.

Meanwhile I almost died out of an internal infection in my organs and have been waiting almost for 2 years for an operation but the NHS is still delaying because they are "too busy" recovering from the lockdown when they danced and joked for but not treated ANYONE. But hey if is gender assignment you need, you’ll get it straight away.

I know three people who had operations during the lockdown. I was taking my mother to the GP and for blood tests practically every week at one point during lockdown. I had several tests and scans in hospitals during lockdown. It’s nonsense to say that the Drs and nurses weren’t working.

For years menopausal women took hormone replacement... breast cancer rate soared. Then older men on testosterone and their cancer rose. What did doctors think would happen... duh.

But only because they didn't take into consideration, that menopause is a protection response from the body. At a certain age, the older you get the harder it becomes for the body to regenerate and also filter mutated cells. So naturally the body has to slow down, including the production of hormones.

A few years ago a doctor basically said to push such treatments because it was profitable. Healthcare is not about health or care, it’s about money. Doctors prescribe medications from companies willing to give kickbacks even if it isn’t the best treatment for the patient. They push expensive operations even if other, less expensive, treatments are available. They prescribe medications with side effects in order to prescribe medications for the side effects. My mom was seeing a doctor that had her on about thirty medications most of which were prescribed for the side effects. The only thing that can fix the healthcare system is to find a way to remove greed from it.

Healthcare has always been in crisis. Things were getting better in the early 20th century. Before that, only the rich could get any level of healthcare, and that level wasn't much better than what the ordinary citizen was getting. Physicians didn't even wash their hands till the late 1880s. Bloodletting was still quite common in the 1800s. Pasteur linked disease to germs in 1861 and even that idea took awhile to become accepted. There was a time, not that long ago, where most people relied on folk medicine and life expectancy was MUCH lower than it is now and child mortality rates were extremely high. My grandfather had 23 children with 3 wives and 7 of them died before the age of 5 and this was in the Netherlands, a so called "modern" country. Healthcare is a fight against the inevitable.....our deaths. Until was solve that inevitable, which may never happen, healthcare will always be in crisis. I will acknowledge that our healthcare system was a lot better 60 or 70 years ago than it is now, in spite of the gains in medical science or social health care systems that have been put in place since then. That drop in our healthcare could be called a crisis but maybe that's because we're letting bureaucrats heal us instead of using medical science.

For transfolk they go through a traumatic experience which they will then have a difficult time to undo. Blockers buy them time to see if they truly do want to transition and prevent changes which will take much more work to undo later. Blockers, administered correctly, are an appropriate medical procedure and helps people.

As a young child (7-16yo), I was having growth hormones to help me grow and just before I turned 18, I was diagnosed with kidney failure. I am now currently 42 years old and have been having to deal with issues surrounding dialysis, transplantation and the like ever since. Therefore. I think it MIGHT be reasonable to claim that adding any type of hormones to ones body could increase your risk of various health issues. I am no doctor so take that previously stated claim with a proverbial grain of salt.

I agree. I tried a hormonal cream for about 2 months to help with menopause symptoms and I ended up not liking how I felt emotionally and physically. I then became concerned about side effects after reading the info on the medication itself. Of course these hormone therapies would affect these young people when our teen years are dominated by fluctuating hormones anyway. Perhaps in time, this will all be labelled as child abuse as well.

Doctors and surgeons who are helping these trans patients are in breach of the Hippocrates oath, which says, first do no harm. I think that there needs to be lawsuits against such doctors for patients who are getting cancer from the hormone treatments. A few years ago I was refused hormone replacement therapy for my body after a total hysterectomy and removal of both ovaries, due to the risk of getting breast cancer. Now they give hormones to anyone who asks for them.

I knew this sort of thing will come to light one day and the whole procedure of transitioning is not safe and a high percentage do stop or DE transition. These facts are not allowed to to debated or talked about due to the few trans activists attempting to quash debate and facts. Even the study the treatment of transgenderism is based on was not very well conducted and not much of a follow up study on those who transitioned, but this is the study they used to get transgender out of the mental treatment realm to the medical affirmation approach and include more people who are not transgender in anyway but are encouraged to think they are. You are right. I was unable to sleep at night due to a neighbour knocking on my door every two hours. The cat would hear and start running from the front door to the bathroom and back to the front door howling all the time I was desperately sleep deprived. I went to the doctor who refused to prescribe a mild sleeping tablet as it could be addictive, but almost insisted I have an anti depressant instead. Which obviously did not help me sleep instead made me sleepy during the day and further unable to sleep at night. Best to stay away from meds most of the time and doctors and crazy neighbours as much as possible.
