    I have said this before and I am going to say it again, Chris Kyle is a hero who fought for our freedom and don't forget to soldiers like him are the reason why we will be able to sleep tight at night. I have done a violin cover based on this track to pay my tribute to this hero. Thank you for what you have done, Chris! We salute you!

    I like how you perpetuate a lack of nationalism as "hatred". Nationalism or loyalty to one's country is how politicians can get away with starting ludicrous wars or corruption, you owe your country 0 loyalty and should constantly be questioning the motives of your leaders. People not questioning the motives of those in power is how corruption occurs and why the USA is effectively a police state (and why Canada is becoming one too). Wars consist of contrived excuses by politicians or rulers to better their own lot in life by taking the resources/land/wealth of another country/peoples, or by inflicting grievous harm on them. There are only losers in war, and the biggest losers of all happen to be civilians. The "American Sniper" has the highest confirmed kill count, yet the bulk of the casualties from the war he was involved in were civilian. It's not a big leap to say that he killed a bunch of innocent civilians because of the "kill or be killed" nature of war. I do not celebrate murderers, be they common thugs, serial killers, or state-sponsored ones. If anything, I feel bad for the state-sponsored ones as they've been forcefed so much hogwash that they are willing to kill for a bunch of stripes and stars.

  • @Ibarakify

    ***** I sound like a lunatic because I don't advocate for murder/violence as a real solution to any situation? You've got me confused there. As to #4, no. Those soldiers can be ignorant (willfully or not) and destroy lives and fracture families, either by killing or being killed. Soldiers are eligible for benefits and a whole slough of other things, what are the victims of war eligible for? Stay and die, or leave /everything/ to spend the next god knows how long in a dirty, poorly-maintained refugee camp that barely has enough supplies to house/feed everyone. Civilians have and always will be the biggest losers of /any/ war.

    When I was a kid in High school I played the trumpet in band for a few years and I was pretty good but.. I quit, I was worried that others would think I wasn't cool.. I regret that decision today. This song/trumpet sounds beautiful. I guess I was just young and dumb..and that was just one of my many mistakes... for any kid reading this...be you and dont worry about others.

    ***** the beauty of the first amendment is that you can say whatever you want without repercussions. We are FREE here in the US, how you choose to enjoy your freedoms is your choice. Regardless of what you might have heard of Mr. Kyle, his actions have saved a lot of lives. What positive things have you done besides share your opinions?

  • @Danofearth2

    @Danofearth2

    9 жыл бұрын

    We actually can't say whatever we want. We have the illusion of freedom. Since 9/11 a handful of laws have been passed which take away our so called freedoms ie the patriot act. Not saying anything bad about his service but Chris' own close friends and family have said that he was a story teller. Most of his kills aren't even verified with the navy. Also here in the states he made many claims that are outlandish and unverifiable. And to answer your question about what I've done to help people, I donate he's earned money to different causes. That's the best I can do without being a bullet sponge in the military to protect the interests of the banking elite who run this country.

    One of my neighbours just passed away. I didn't see who it was, but an older couple lived in that house and only the son of one of them was outside as they carried the deceased into the car. So here I am, having a toast to both of their lives, for the one that died and hoping he or she finds peace as soon as possible and to the one that is still alive, that he or she may find peace without his or her loved one as well. Salut.

    FOR OUR FELLOW GUARDIAN. Together the community stands, and we shall meet again, someday in another place. He is guarding the universe now, he and all the ones that make good things.

    Morricone scored this for the film. He is well known for associating with Eastwood in the spaghetti westerns. Rossi and Guglielmo Brezza wrote the song. and Rossi first introduced and played it back in the 1960s. This song is Il Silenzio, but it is much longer than the "funeral."
