As a 4, I totally relate to pretending I’m a poor peasant girl with a tragic story to get into the mood to do boring chores. As a kid, I would literally put on my peasant outfit, my pioneer dress and apron, or my Cinderella dress to really act the part. Nothing like sweeping a floor as Cinderella or baking bread as a lonely pioneer widow in the middle of a cold winter... 😆

I used to pretend I was Cinderella too! The (Rogers and Hammerstein version with Brandy). She sings the song about being alone in her own little corner and I thought it was a complete mood! I’d sweep and dance while singing that song as a kid lol.

I'm a 9w1 - I don't separate my lights and darks, I throw everything in one load and wait till I'm out of underwear to do laundry 😂 But to be fair, I do that to save water, electricity, and detergent. I also make my own detergent and air dry. So that's my ethically aware 1 side coming out lol.. But I'm also lazy.

I don't know if I misunderstand the type nine, even though I consider myself a nine. Which is weird. But... I feel like I do have opinions. Not on everything, I'd even say I don't have opinions on most things as I simply don't care about stuff. I just rarely express my opinion, but magically expect the people around me to sense my opinion. When someone asks me to make a decision my first response is it to push back and tell them they should make the decision for me. Because it truly doesn't matter to me. What matters to me is that the other person feels good and valid and so I'd much rather just go with their decision than my own. What I am actually trying to say here is that when I am making decisions for *myself* I very much just go with my gut feeling and I don't struggle at all to know where I stand and what I like. I just truly dislike making decisions if the consequences have any influence on other people.

im a 4. The 4 was great, i essentially did that to get through almost every job i had when i was young. To get through errands and chores when i was even younger lol. And having to go to bed early and lay there, especially if i didnt have a book and flashlight? lol virtually anything i didnt want to do. Rarely anymore though. (Dunno if thats good or bad). overall great job both! But a minor glitch, or maybe its just me... the 1 seems sixy to me....1s dont ask , or check with an authoritative source, like 6s do. 1's **know** theyre right. Theres a solid certainty to them, because they**are** the authoritative source. my husbands a 1; (Gods help me!).

Five here. Back in the day in college, I was down in the laundry room and one of my dorm mates came in and got her socks out of the dryer: 20 identical black socks. I was lost in admiration! I’ve done socks that way ever since. You’d think five would be into complicated systems for laundry, but not me - I have the Color Catcher load and the bleach white load, and case closed! Haha. Cmon people, I have research waiting!

I am an 8 and I actually enjoy doing laundry and sorting it like a 1. But it absolutely cracked me up to see Michelle throw all of the hangers and get frustrated. That is absolutely me! It cracked me up because I felt like I was looking at myself. Or how people see me! Also I totally get the control issue. I'm the only one in my household that does the laundry and I will not let anyone else touch the machines. LOL!

I multi-task with just about everything, even when I'm eating a meal, I'm not just eating. I'm either listening to an audiobook, watching a lesson online, or catching up on my fav shows. This is why I still can't figure out if I'm a 3 or a 1. With some things I relate more with the 3 and other things I relate more with a 1. Another fun video might be how the enneagram types decorate their homes for different seasons, especially the holidays. I would love to see that.

Okay, as a 6, I can identify with routine when it comes to laundry. But not as strictly as in the video. I try for a day off and just keep it at that. As for stains, I'm not a master at getting them out and have resigned to doing my best with them. As a 6, I'm pretty nonchalant with laundry. Which is ironic knowing how I identify with rules in every aspect of my life.

I love love love these videos! I’m a 6, and I wash almost all my normal loads on delicate because I worry about them getting ruined but I won’t sort my clothes, the thought of putting that much effort in makes me want to give up on laundry altogether (my wing 7 maybe?) If I don’t know how to take care of a stain I call my mom i.e. someone I trust knows what they’re talking about. I didn’t really relate to the 6 in this video, but I felt the 3. I have to be entertained while I do laundry, though again that could be my 7 wing.
