How to take a smaller sized piece of line art or a sketch, and create a large template for reference or tracing, in order to create a final larger version! I've broken the video up into 3 parts:
Part 1 -- Scanning & Editing
Part 2 -- Printing Tiles (7:04)

Wouldn't it be simpler to just have a place like office max or kinkos print it in a larger form for you.

If one feels it's simpler to do that then of course they CAN! But my point is that you don't have to do that... it costs money and, depending on the size, can get expensive which isn't ideal if you really just want to use it for a template for the final piece of work, or if you're just using it as a mock-up for another purpose. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere and I'm sure I'm not alone in that! Plus, for myself, I find it annoying to have to head out to the print shop just for that; the time I spend driving to the shop, waiting for the print, and money I spent in fuel and to purchase that print aren't worth it - I could have had it done at home in less time than that, and no additional costs! If you want to have an original piece of art on nice paper (not just a print on "crappy" paper), based off of a smaller sketch or line drawing you've done without incurring any extra costs, this is a great way to go about creating a template... otherwise you could use an art projector if you have one. This is a cheaper way!
