He's probably the only one who can pronounce the PH sound there. I heard Koreans don't have F sound in their language so it'll be hard for Native Koreans to pronounce it

As a non native english speaker i can relate to niki TT my accent got mixed up depending on the recent shows im watching and im just talking in whatever im comfortable with (for example in a sentence, i could say word per word in different accents lol)

Ooh, what country are you from? I was born in the US (Southern California to be exact) so my English has an American accent but since I'm Mexican American and my native language is Spanish, I do have a bit of a Mexican accent in English.

That's so cool😍 i grew up with a British accent and then when I moved to America getting used to American accents was so hard in the beginning lol. I wish I could switch perfectly, my American accent is still hella awkward at times because my British slips through. It's cool how you learned all the accents tho!

When Jake gave his speech when Enhypen were receiving their award I was so touched! He really spoke well and made me feel once again how powerful music can be and how much it can help people, esp right now when many people need help of all sorts

ENHYPEN English improve so much. It's so fun and cute when they speak English

As an English teacher my ears are VERY satisfied to hear Heeseung's English accent 💀👏🏼

this!! i speak english, spanish, mandarin, and i’m learning korean, honestly i’m constantly substituting words in one language for words in another 💀 sentences come out like “你 y tu hermana 今天 먹고 what 음식?” and like it makes no grammatical sense but it makes sense to me?? that is DEFINITELY a bilingual/multilingual thing i get you 😭

For me I think in both or maybe three?? Lol bc my language has an influence of spanish and also some words are best expressed and easy to say in English so in a sentence we speak tagalog, English and spanish and I also think so basically I think in three diff language? 😀 but they’re just loan words so idrk what to call it.. For example: “Pero like parang hindi siya bagay..” 😀 Also the word “nakakapagpabagabag” where you can just say worrisome in English and also some words don’t have a translation so we borrow it just like other countries do.

Same! I’m the same as Jake! There are some times where I think in the language I’m most confident in before speaking, though, but that’s only when I’m not sure how to word it into the language I’m trying to speak in at the time. It’s usually easier to just thinking in the language you’re going to speak. It just comes naturally to me since I grew up speaking those two languages well. The languages I’m talking about are Spanish, and English.

I think it may be because he’s comfortable with it. Not sure if it’s his first language, but this happens a lot where people’s voices become deeper when they speak their first or native language. Your voice is used to making those sounds so it relaxes and becomes deeper. Same thing happens w Joshua from SVT when he speaks English
