It depends on what year he was born (since we have leap years every 4 years so it can change the dates), what time of day, and where he was born (for example, lets say that the sign changes on April 21 at 1:45 am in New York. In California which is three hours earlier the sign change would be at 10:45 pm on April 20 so it also depend where you live. hope this helps!
