As far as I know in figure skating, in Asia, there are only 3 male athletes who had documentary and interview in TV program when they were still JUNIOR/CHILDREN. They are: Yuzuru Hanyu (Japan), Cha Jun Hwan (South Korea) and Park Sung Hoon. Yuzuru Hanyu and Cha Jun Hwan now are Olympic athletes. SBS TV made this documentary program because Sunghoon had great potential to be next Olympic athlete in the future. When Sunghoon chose to be an Idol, his mother disagreed in the beginning. Because he had big potential to be an Olympic athlete.

It's good that sunghoon understands what he felt at that time was due to reasons and doesn't get embarrassed because he was only 13 then and balancing school as well as another professional activity is quite hard especially when you have noone your age to talk to and that too during adolescence..I almost cried when I saw him smile after achieving the triple axel ;(((
