Sunghoon really can’t speak English, as Jake said he’s very much a rookie, in fact a beginner. It also makes you realize just how hard it was for Jake to learn Korean from scratch all without having any support from family or friends around when he arrived in Korea, he was on his own, it must have been so hard and lonely for him. So it wasn’t fair when many Koreans made fun of his accent because they should’ve imagined what it would’ve been like for them if the situation had been reversed, not so funny then.
