This is so disgusting..how could she giggle like that after touching Niki?? It’s so unprofessional 😠..Niki looks so uncomfortable and he is still in minor age 😕 They need to respect their privacy..😒 we are not jealous of her,as ENGENES we are trying to respect ENHYPEN..She just need to do her job properly. jake was confused and even asked why when she asked her to remove his mask and cap but he still did it anyway. the scanner was green for every member. their manager walked in after jay and the scanner turned red and she sent him back and when when heeseung and ni-ki walked the scanner was green and she ‘checked’ him. she never touched their manager. it was so uncomfortable to watch it. this wasn’t the only only incident. their e-travel pass with QR code was exposed. the uploader was a staff scanning it and they never bothered to hide it. their passport number, address and full name is exposed.

@@aprilann6421 jay was the first walk through it so she wasn’t sure if she can do it but her friend/colleague was encouraging her to remove the mask and pat check them. she actually did it to everyone except jay. the person who was taking the video just moved the camera when she was doing it. she kinda kept it minimal after jake since he tried to ask her why.

and the fact that some of airport staff secretly filming them with their e-travel qr code on display..

As a filipino engene, I am so embarrassed knowing that this is from our country. I would like to apologize on behalf of the staff though i do not know who they are. Enha deserves so much more respect. The image of our country will certainly change after the BYS and this. The staff here really has to have some sense in them. This is unprofessional and immature. But, thankfully, government and hybe will be taking legal actions for the safety of the idols. I really feel guilty .. i didn't even get to see them. Praying for the safety of enha ):

See the original video. And one of those employees took a picture of Enhypen's qr code and uploaded it. This is also wrong. And that female employee broke the guidelines and told the members to take off their masks and touched their bodies. Guidelines require contactless security checks unless there are exceptional circumstances. I came to see the Manila airport guidelines. Do you think the fans are angry with that employee out of jealousy? Before you say anything, watch the original video and see what the instructions

Honestly she should get fired specially if they don't it could get worse and happen again for a different group touring world. I just find it annoying and REALLY weird that she thought it was ok to fan girl and smile and giggle during it plus why did she have to pat them down knowing that their kpop idols (I get the fact that it's for safety) but I think she did it wrong and did it in purpose. I guess it's them. The first time they've been here, for their fanmeet, they were mobbed by the staffs and/or FA's. It went on PH trend and ENHYPEN's PH fanbases emailed and messaged the airport's management, they apologized and issued a statement. We thought everything was already fine because some groups, who went here, arrival's are all fine, until enhypen arrived for the second time for their concert, manifesto. Engenes let it all pass since it wasn't that bad unlike the first arrival, but then there go the videos of their leaked qr's and now the screening area where many staffs/FA's are filming them despite being prohibited in their management. BELIFT has also a policy regarding that one. The pat down was unnecessary and done unprofessionally, even some anchors and medias agreed. It was aired on our two prominent nation news tv, as well. Until now they're still investigating.

Sense they were airport Staff should have had their bosses come and tell the staff to put their phones away and go back to the station, which they are being paid for during working hours. And since netizons were actually complaining about inappropriate touching what they should’ve actually replaced the walker to of mail or added a second worker as back up to make sure that no inappropriate touching what’s going on and it also helps with the keep the workers honest somebody is over them to make sure they are doing their job, right?

Like why did they did that now filo engene is embarrassed because of them they look so uncomfortable

I think since it’s a new country they probably haven’t been to before she abused there limited knowledge on how air port sacristy works and purposefully did stuff that wasn’t necessary

I'm so disappointed as a Filipina. And the NAIA Airport just said that it's not big of the deal that and the worker doesn't need to get a punishment.

I don’t even know why the staff weren’t stopped by security. I swear if other celebrities had gone through this airport before ENHYPEN, the airport should’ve made clear instructions for this matter. No matter how famous a celebrity is, we still need to respect their privacy. Imagine how many people were waiting to get checked into their flight. The video literally shows that about 30+ female staff members were filming ENHYPEN at the airport. These staff should know how to control their inappropriate behaviour especially the female staff checking out on ENHYPEN. Even though she is lucky to have met ENHYPEN in person, she should’ve been actually focusing on her job instead of inappropriate giggling and requiring them to pull their mask down. I’m sure that the next time a celebrity goes through these checks, the airport won’t even allow these female staff members to check on the celebrity just because it’s their “job”. ENHYPEN deserves better than this attitude and attention.

Tapos na sila nacheck sa immigration, at ganun talaga ang patakaran kapag sa immigration,tsinitsik talagang mabuti,pero dito di na kailangan yung ganitong pagtsek kase nga na-inspect na sila maliban na lang kapag umilaw ng pula yung scanner. At dapat same gender ang magkakapkap, at dapat habang ginagawa ang trabaho nya dapat professional,di dapat nagpapakitang kinikilig. Siguro iba ang sasabihin mo kung ang kinakapkapan ay babae at yung kumakapkap nman ay lalake tapos kinikilig pa.At isa pa kaya lang naman pinatanggal nya ang mask kase para yun sa mga nagvivideo na kasmahan nya.
