Nobody can beat AvE as a total package, that guy makes me laugh my ass off no matter what he's reviewing or building. My all-time favorite video though is the Hitachi Magic Wand massager knockoff disassembly.

I work in a machine shop with like 30 Hass CNC machines and w have found a #2 center drill works very well for grieving text into aluminum

Brush the aluminum with used cooking oil. It will help lubricate the cutter.

@@Barnacules I should correct myself, you don't want to lubricate aluminum but rather you want something that keeps aluminum from loading up the cutter and iirc cooking oil works for that. If that don't work Kerosene and rubbing alcohol should.

@@Barnacules WD-40 is the standard aluminum cutting fluid. Plus WD-40 is a natural cologne for men too. Cooking oil goes rancid. Then it is no fun to be around.

Yes, we both do. After doing this I just started thinking about all the missed opportunities to make stuff like the brackets to hold my speakers.
