This episode was probably the best in the whole series. It was hilarious, had a clever story, well-written and enjoyable songs, and not to mention, Alex the Lion makes a guest appearance. Also, Dr. Blowhole is best villain!

He had me at "Only I" then the seductive pose at the end sealed the deal

It's disturbingly easy to imagine the Music Meister singing this. In fact, about all you'd have to do is change "Dr. Blowhole" to "The Music Meister" at the beginning, and you're all set

My youngest brother used to watch the hell out of this show. Now, I'm a 27-year-old woman watching this on my own time due to a fleeting snippet of aural memory reminding me of an awesome song I'd long since forgotten existed.

Apparently “The Penguin Who Loved Me” is labeled as the finale- the last batch of episodes kind of showed up in random order. Honestly makes sense as SPOILERS: -It’s the fourth and final Blowhole episode, with those kind of being the biggest event episodes. -The 2 biggest running gags of the show are finally resolved (Doris the Dolphin and finally seeing Manfredi and Johnson) -there were only two more episodes after it and they were more standard ones. Season 3 as a whole was pretty good about finishing plot threads.

NPH should record a longer version of the song. Probably 3-and-a-half minute version. Without Private & Kowalski's parts in it. Cuz they "sense events taking a turn for the dire!" OK? That'll be very much better!

Never sing this song in front of a mirror, or else the mirror may tell on you. As a punishment, you'll have to watch the video for "Nothing Suits Me Like A Suit", a real NPH song. Best punishment EVEEERRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
