Good lesson ladies! I would like to try the Scottish blend, simply because I am familiar with the other two, but have never tasted a good Scottish Breakfast tea. Usually when I sample a black tea for the first time, I will taste it "straight up" then try it with milk (I use dry milk to keep it good and hot) then I'll try it with milk and some local wildflower honey. I generally don't just sweeten a strong black tea because it can give it a sharp taste. So I always add milk when I add sweetener.

I thought one of them, for sure, would contain some alcohol. (That’s how I like my tea anyways)
