What does the owner of a Tea House do on her day off? This week she had Afternoon Tea at Maria’s Farm in Marengo, Illinois. It was beautiful and peaceful in the outdoors but there was so much more to this experience. Maria’s Farm is home to lavender fields, honey bees, three goats, chickens, a dog and a cat plus La Petite Maison, a whimsical French cottage.
