Loads of players advancing after the kick while offsides. Think I remember a try being disallowed for that not so long ago
Superb display by both teams, but England kept improving until the end.
If George gad have clutched that ball to his chest and fallen over, it would've been a try. He was trying to place it. Great work nick

Honestly England didn’t play that well, their rucking and sealing in particular were poor. Tackling pretty average, with too many high tackles… But yes Australia suck no where near 2003 team, I think Aussies mostly play Rules and cricket now. Forgetting rugby

so true, it felt like he was learning the rules as he officiated. Ive actually been refed by him and it was the best refing I experienced, not sure what happened here.

@@brandonmwale5270 The problem with world rugby is that the referees aren't held accountable for poor decisions and that they don't like when people criticise the referees. I don't know what happened to Jaco he looked great about 2 years ago, since then it's really been poor, I mean look at the British and Irish Lion's tour...it's as if they had his nudes.

britain invented most of the most popular sports in the world. not to dominate in them, but so that everyone could enjoy them. that's why we don't have franchise systems like in the states. so that the world could enjoy them.

Might I add that it is time for the New Zealand, Samoan, Fijian, Tongan contracted players and coaches to return to the Southern Hemisphere for they have taught the Irish, English, the Scots and Welsh on how to play our style of rugby very well indeed. It is time for them to return to the Southern Hemisphere you have taught the Rugby teams and clubs our style of rugby far too well. Quit it go back to New Zealand and the South Pacific now. Youve earned your keep in the UK. Yea, Im talking to you Pat Lam and other coaches in England.

@@somersetfan1 so you suddenly start Raffi Quirke or Alex Mitchell? Robson is injured, Randall is injured. Having Youngs is like having another coach in camp, and his 100+ test caps back this up. As much as I'd love to see it as a Quins fan, Danny Care would be the only other option, but he hasn't been in camp for almost 4 years now

Almost double the penalty count, yeah its true the ref had something to do with that, if the ref never gave penalties against Australia then Australia could cheat their way to victory every single time, ref's a pin for the bubble of Australian entitlement. Would have been a bigger margin of defeat if the Australians hadn't stifled the game.

@Steve Warlee I do enjoy my boxing but have been watching Rugby for almost 20 years now. I watched the game & one of Australia's disallowed tries shouldn't have been disallowed. Australia should have won that game but Scotland got special treatment.
A much smaller and ineffective Australian team...still fielding a much smaller team that can't mount group pressure in strong raids across the field. The northern teams are much bigger stronger and faster. This isn't badminton here. If Australia can't get selectors picking entire teams built on their team ability, Australia is destined to be in forever decline and the public will start losing interest in them.
