ENGINEERS CASE (1920): Everything you need to know! | AUSSIE LAW

Amalgamated Society of Engineers v Adelaide Steamship Co Ltd (1920) is one of the most important Australian law cases in history. In the Engineers Case, the High Court of Australia decided to use a new method of constitutional interpretation. The Australian Constitution was to be interpreted literally, according to the ordinary meaning of the text of the Constitution.     Very insightful. A look at New South Wales v Commonwealth (workchoices case) would have provided more insight into how a literalist and legalist approach has been adopted following the Engineers case.

    0.57 call copyright breach. Regarding the TV - I believe it was Captain Kirk who said it first though in a different weigh. . He played a battle simulation in a federation ship. No one ever won... . Prior entering last simulation hira programmed the computer, . Does anyone know what that program was
