Engineering in South Africa pays well in the mining space. However, I moved from mining to join Oil and Gas in Saudi Arabia, and take home salaries start from R250k per month for engineers with all expenses taken care of. Accommodation, laundry, food, car, fuel, phone bill, etc are taken care by the employer.

If you get the next month salary,,she be taking _+65k home...the big bonus is a group company perfomance..and she have to do her own pension and medical..that can take her down to 50s take home in normal months.she must use her bonus months to achieve things and avoid debts, i saw there is also 500 garnish

There's no doubt, that the lady's salary is very very good. I see it as R181 000 p/m month which is insanely good. Made up of an annual bonus of R763 000 that's R63 000pm + R118 000 What she's earn in a month, some people earn that salary per year.

On the R881k, that includes annual incentives which skews your video and doesn't clearly explain the breakdown. Rough calcs on an annual pre tax basis CTC +-R1.2M (R100k/month) + bonus R541k + Cash award which could be from sale of shares from the company share scheme of R221k or a deffered bonus award which pays out after certain conditions is met (company performance or length of service) so in total an annual pre tax package of about +-R1.9/2m Then the R500 garnishee order 😂

I share the payslip as it is, I don't explain how each amount came about since I don't have the expertise to do so for each and every payslip. I let people share what they care to share with the audience. If I mention the word cash reward and bonus, it's obvious to my audience what that means. I have a smart audience who knows what a bonus is but thanks for your calculations. Also we all know what a basic salary it, It's mentioned clearly on the video so I don't know what is skewed about it.

@321ror hhay bo 🤣🤣🤣I don't think so , that is wild , if that's the case it means people don't listen, wow, or maybe its those few who didnt watch the entire 5 minutes where i was explaining, maybe they came from a clip on tik tok and didnt watch what i was saying. I use timestamps to save people time and data but I'm disappointed if people can't even watch for 5 minutes. Anyway, not in South Africa, no person can earn that much unless they are a CEO of a bank. 🤣

That second one is surely being exploited, 7 years experience, going through all that Maths, for +R40K, NO WAY
