После таких мастеров говорят что Пежо плохая машина. А Пежо отличная машина. Просто обслуживают такие вот.

Great video, very informative! I have this exact same engine in two of my 306 2.0 XSi cars. One of them has a problem where it will cut out the power while driving for a few seconds, really abruptly like an emergency stop to walking pace and then a few seconds later will suddenly spring to life and take off fast. Car was driving to absolute perfection only weeks earlier. I've been advised to replace the crankshaft sensor wherever that is, but no guarantee this will fix the problem. I bought a couple of brand new genuine coil packs, and that fixed it 90% for a couple of days each time, then back to the old problem. Fuel pump tested and working fine, along with relay switch. Brand new spark plugs. Good battery in full working condition. Full brand new Bosal exhaust system. Air filter new.......oil filter, oil, fuel filter etc. Cooling pump is new along with the radiator. Diagnostics come up clean with no faults.

@@TheInspiring99 I still have that car in my driveway, but in Nov' 2016 I also went and bought another 306 of the same model. It had 52K miles on the clock but pealing clear coat and faded paintwork. Otherwise it runs very well after fixing up some minor things. The previous car though has plenty of life left in the engine and gearbox, and so it would be nice to get it working again at some point. It's been used as a donor car the past 4 years though.

10:38 И снова здравствуйте. Корпус термостата на прокладку устанавливается. В видео опять старая прокладка и герметик. Зачем экономить на спичках ? Тюбик герметика стоит дороже той прокладки. Новая прокладка и затяжка нужным моментом - основа при сборке.

8:23 Нет смысла в герметике на прокладку клапанной крышки. Если резинка новая (а она видно что новая), то нужно обезжирить поверхности и установить прокладку. Затянуть требуемым моментом. Там момент затяжки очень маленький, что-то около 10Нм (могу ошибаться). Болты М6, крышка пластиковая, прокладка резиновая. По молодости тоже и мазал и тянул до дури. Но если притягивать по заводской схеме и с правильным моментом, то и теч масло не будет. С годами (5 лет примерно) прокладка дубеет (твердеет). Поменять на новую (300 руб) и кататься дальше.

I think it is possible depend-on component designated, but you should make sure that it's similar.

i had the same engine in my 406 but i had a problem it ran rough at idle when cold but when it warmed up ti ran just fine

Check Oil in your engine first.

@@AGUNGH i did the impossible with it i changed every fluid and filter changed all the gaskets redone all the wiring reprogrammed the ecu bought new valves and redone the seeds put new piston rings and timing belt and redone the timing abut 10 times new irradium spark plugs and still the same

also check oil splash by open your oil cap when you run it in cold. it's probably your oil pump already weak, so when your engine run in cold oil need more time to go to your engine head that is why your engine ran rough when idle in cold until you engine head enough oil.

Ngerakit di Engine Block Autowork Bintaro, kadang juga ke Kamil Motor itu deket rumah. Ga sering juga sih karena jarang ke bengkel, paling numpang ngopi aja Hehehehe...

Bukan menambah power, tapi mengembalikan performa mendekati spek aslinya.

Esta es la NO MANERA de ensamblar un moto....tapado en silicona...ni siquiera la deja fraguar una horita al menos....ese motor no durará mucho... se tapará en cualquier momento un conducto con silicona

Ролик о том как не надо собирать двигатель. Руководства по ремонту с моментами затяжки и особенностями сборки у них походу нет. Не издавалось на их языке наверно.
