The princess doesn’t know what she wants. She knows she has all she wants with shen but has made an illusion in her mind seem real by making herself believe it’s power she needs just because she had a moment of vulnerability. By getting what she wants and losing want she really needs, reality sets in and a feeling of emptiness is all u can grasp.
