Its the voice and the tone of it that makes it so great, its not the typical anime style girly voice, it has its own touch in it

Arai-san's voice is too iconic imo... Besides, if I'm not mistaken Koga-san voiced one of the Scavenger members in Accelerator's spin-off, so maybe we can rule that out in the Toaru series lol Love Koga-san tho, her work in Kaguya and Bokurema is top tier
