They often “assign” roles so to say of top bottom/male of the couple female of the couple (typically like oh hehe who’s the wife), but it is true that there is no or hardly any actual completely unmasculine guys in the main couple. But that wasn’t what the op was going for I think. However, they’ll also wrong as I agree with the first comment saying he’s gotta pretty boy look and is clearly more the girl type (he even sided with the girl kid in the argument and I believe it’s a bit symbolic too) and also a few eps back Fah said he looks good in a dress.

It's the Thai word play. In the previous rumor Fah said Mesa and Prince are boyfriends and it ends up to Fah and Prince are boyfriends and will be married in April. Mesa means April. In this one, Stomachache (puwatt tong) became pregnant (tong).

Prince : you'll become a bad adult Fah: is be talking about me? Fah should stop drinking he gets himself into situations because he was emotional and drinking . That's how he ended up being a doctor for the village and even still when he's emotional he drinks and does something he shouldn't have. He needs to stop drinking, deal with his feelings in a healthy way and stop letting his guard down. Fah broke his promise to not drink and behave , he got drunk and left his phone (always have your phone in your hands at all times but make sure nobody can see what's on your phone). Always have a password or some type of security that isn't a finger print or face recognition. A lot of times thing can be solved way faster if people were just honest, communicated better and made better choices
