Goodie you made it this week! Hi Professor, How was your week and how are you doing? How is your mother feeling this week? I hope she is recuperating nicely? It is really hard to get over illnesses when you get older. You are not as active as you once were. The immune system I was told dies down around 65 years old. I have two more years. Did you get the two doll links that I sent to you? I think you will find them most useful in your own drafting of patterns for our Lily dolls. I heard your kitty cats in this video. So cute. Ellie is outside playing in the snow and sunshine. She loves it outside and she is a much better puppy when she gets to go outside more. These last two or three days have been bitter cold, with high winds. She will stick her nose outside and then back up and come inside and curl up in a ball and go to sleep. I love this video. So precious this ensemble is for our dolls. You have embellished it wonderfully as well. Is this a purple tweed woolen fabric? Sometimes I am not sure with computers what is what? Colors seem to change on each computer. My friend and I like to go to thrift shops and hunt down for fabric that people donate or purchase clothes that we can cut up for certain projects. Last time I went to the Thrift shop I got a great big bundle of fabrics and faux fur. I was very pleased with my purchase. Let me know how you like the links that I sent to you. I think I might use the www.antiquelilac. com Italian Renaissance pdf for my Harmony doll from 1972 from Ideal Toys. I have about 5 of these dolls because I love the Hippie Look on her. One of my Harmony dolls is playing a 6 string Acoustic Guitar and it is strapped on her back. I like her in long dresses and either long sleeved tops, or dresses or 3/4 length sleeves due to her bolts in her arms. I don't care to show those in this doll. Do you know the history of Blythe Dolls? They were originally made in the USA in 1971 or 2 I believe? Little girls were petrified of them so they stopped production. Then a woman named Gina who was American came along and took wonderful photos of Blythe Dolls and the Asian people loved her so much and purchased the Hasbro/ Kenner rights to Blythe and she was being made all over again in 2000. I just don't care for the prices that they have on these little dolls. Too outrageous for me. Hope you have a wonderful week. Talk to you soon!

You are so very clever. I really love the 3/4 sleeves with the lace detail. And the outfit makes Lily look ever so smart. To me the flowers make the top looks like it has a lacy ruffle at the neck. So lovely. Tui and Ivy send you both hellos to you from our little bit of NZ.

차음에 만들땐 많이 실패하고 여러번해서 완성해도 엉성했는데 이번에는 두번에 성공 했어요. 손으로 한땀 한땀 바느질 솜씨도 점점 늘고 있어요. 와우 저 엄청 기분 좋아요.

맞아요, 쉬폰처럼 후들거리는 원단은 정확하게 재단하기가 어렵죠. 이번에 제가 사용한 원단은 그나마 덜 미끄러워서 겨우 패턴 대고 그릴 수가 있었어요. 수성펜을 이용하는 것도 조금 도움이 되었던 것 같고요. 만약 선택하신 원단을 다루기가 정 어려우시다면, 51번 영상에서 망사 원단 재단하는 법을 알려드렸으니 보시고 참고하시면 좋겠네요. 감사합니다.
