兩隻雞蛋 2 eggs
一百毫升全脂牛奶 100ml whole milk
三十克白砂糖 30g caster sugar

你好👋通常蛋白打發好之後,停留約半小時便會續漸消泡的,所以不能久留的!謝謝支持😊👍💕

你好👋蛋黃醬做好後要放入雪櫃,經過一晚冷藏後會較濃稠,和即打發好的蛋白漿混合,可能在混合的時間較耐,而將蛋白漿的氣泡迫走,因梳乎厘的升起,完全是靠蛋白的氣泡的,所以蛋黃醬最好是即時做,即時和蛋白漿混合是最完美的做法!謝謝支持👍😊❤️

張媽媽請問我焗爐預熱180度,開門擺入蛋糕溫度立刻下降到150度溫度計顯示,係咪焗爐有問題吧?有冇人試過?謝謝!🙏🏻

你好👋氣炸鍋其實係一個小型的焗爐,所以焗的度數和時間和焗爐差唔多,焗之前都要預熱一下個鍋,都係180度攝氏焗15分鐘,謝謝支持😊👍💕
Your souffle looks so beautiful! Is "soft flour" the same as "all purpose flour", or is it "cake flour"? I am in the United States and we have a few different types of flours
