香菇 3个
杏鲍菇 120克
胡萝卜 一小段
辣椒 1个(可选)
红葱头 2个
姜 5片
葱 2根
油(炸) 适量
油 1小勺+1小勺
清鸡汤 200毫升
蚝油 1大勺
糖 1小勺
水淀粉 适量

medium firm tofu 350 g
parsley dace fish paste 450 g
white pepper powder a pinch
soy sauce 1/2 tbsp + 1/2 tbsp
salt 1/4 tsp
egg 1 piece
tapioca starch 1/2 tbsp
sesame oil 1 tsp
shiitake mushroom 3 pieces
king oyster mushroom 120 g
carrots a small cut
jalapeno 1 piece
shallots 2 pieces
ginger 5 slices
green onion 2 stalks
oil for fry as desired amount
cooking oil 1 tsp + 1 tsp
chicken broth 200 ml
oyster sauce 1 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
starch slurry as desired amount
