One thing I love about Mark character is that mostly in Bl dramas 1 guys who identified straight and fall for a man mostly shows as scared or not that much confident with their relationship but Mark is totally proud and confident in their relationship

I was literally crying the whole time with Mark giving his proposal speech, OuWen crying, them hugging and OuWen saying "You are savage" and then came a savage replay of their sweetest moments (I wasn't prepared for that) UNTIL OuWen said "Do you really understand the meaning of exchanging rings?" 😅 I laughed. Mark did too haha but I cried again at Mark's answer especially with that "You are mine" part 😭 They both deserve this happiness. Love their characters and them themselves also. Great stories, moving and substantial lines and scripts, amazing cast 👏💯🥰

I wish it was discussed more amongst viewers, the dynamic between Joanna, Mark, and Owen-Very healthy amongst the three. Whilst Joanna and Mark don't have a romantic attachment anymore, there is still the common agreement that they will be quite active and civil co-parents. Mark is neither distancing himself as a father, nor denying his newly discovered feelings as a lover towards Owen. Joanna and Owen being quite good friends dissolves the tension that would commonly occur between estranged parents to a child, and their new lovers. Joanna being a badass woman herself, isn't internalizing any sort of shame conservative societies often push on individuals who become pregnant and unwed to a man they have no interest in. She's a brilliant woman, in that aspect, knowing she is capable of living independently of her happiness, whilst providing as much of a well-rounded and stable lifestyle to their future child. Owen, despite the jaded insecurities he's faced in relationships as an openly gay man, respects the situation between Joanna and Mark, and only hopes to be a positive influence in the baby's life. That baby is already backed by so much love. I hope the audience interprets the dynamic of them less as Joanna being a 'surrogate' of sorts to the Mark/Owen relationship, but rather: "Mom and dad had a baby, but were not in love with each other. Dad found love in Owen, and mom was okay with loving herself and baby. Mom and dad are still mom and dad to baby, that doesn't change." And just thinking about how powerful a social message that is, is pretty dope. 'Families' don't have to fit a tight mold-And there's no need to appease to a societal norm you don't want to.

I have to add this show breaks a lot of Asian culture barriers, they shed light to new found of happiness and family dynamics. I agree on the fans not seeing Joanna as a surrogate, because she’s a badass woman she’s going to deal with a lot of discrimination going forward and I’m sure she’ll handle it like the Queen she is. A sequel of these three with the baby would be perfect!!! Two daddies and one mother, each with their own personality, weaknesses and strength… that’s one lucky child!!!

@@smalette18 Yes, absolutely! It’s such an important thing to reiterate, especially to more conservative societies, commonly seen through Asia, and other broad areas of the world. Shows that touch on subjects like LGBT+ relationships, and non-traditional family structures are so important for modern society, because it normalizes and reassures people of those communities that they are valid and should feel safe enough to live their life without fear of others’ discriminatory views. The more that mainstream media shows the broad public this kind of image, the less scandalous it will seem in the future. So yes, who knows what spin-off may come of a program like this.

Mark is so brave and determined once he sets his heart for Ou wen. He's been taking the hard steps to move forward this relationship. Ou wen has probably been through a lot in the past, so he is more understanding and more cautious. I'm soooo happy the series ended so positively! ❤

Mark's character is just perfect, He went from being a straight guy he was player to falling in love with Ouwen. Without hesitation without second guessing himself, He knew his feelings for Ouwen were real even after finding out Joanna was pregnant Mark was still determined to be with Ouwen. His heart knew and that's what made his character great. I wish we had more of these two, but they got their happy ending and so did we.

I said YES even before Mark opened the box with the rings. 🤣🤣🤣💍

昨晚看直播，歐馬求婚片段看到我眼眶泛淚，雖然不是主CP但這部把這對的故事寫得浪漫又深刻，歐文對感情的不自信跟缺乏的安全感，都被馬克的超大直球加勇敢給融化了，戀愛是科學是在我N年沒看台灣偶像劇後，重新會追直播的一齣劇，原來三立還可以寫出這麼棒的劇本，慶幸自己在停拍期間才開始看的，才沒有追的那麼辛苦。

OMG! I said after watching ep 17 that I wasn't ready for the series, especially Mark and OuWen's story to end but seeing them now, being happy and even planning on settling down with each other, I feel relieved. I never thought that they'll be given a proposal scene. I'm so happy and excited for them both. They've done a great job. I was pretty much excited every Sunday for this one. I will surely miss them. I look forward to seeing both of them in their future projects together and even individually. Mark and OuWen, best wishes! Lin Yu and Anderson, fighting! 💪♥️👏

WOW, I had hoped there would be a proposal for Ou Wen and Mark, tried to keep my hopes in check, in case it didn't happen. Talk about a HAPPY SURPRISE! This absolutely grabbed my heart! Met this series at random, really YT just showed me a behind the scene and I already knew Anderson. Falling in love with OUWEN and LEE MARK was a balm to my soul, i cried so much at the proposal and the flashbacks. Ahhhhh this CP is so good. This was such an amazing end to an amazing couple. I don't think I would want another season (they always add unnecessary drama/heart ache) but I would LOVE a special episode/s that show important moments. Like Ou Wen being introduced to Mark's friends (finally) and vice verse or Mark's parents slowly coming around. Or their wedding and the birth of Mark and Joanna's (and Ou Wen's) child. With some everyday sweetness mixed in.

Their acting is just so good!!!!!!

Wow I just randomly stumbled across this series on KZread but the three of them--Mark, Owen and Joanna--made me cry so much. Their relationship is so wholesome.
