This is the positive response and the start of a buddy romance. In reality, however, half of these situations would unfold the other way around. The big brother could cut the friend off, which has also been depicted in other series. I'm so happy to hear him say that line -- so sweet. I actually came across episode 2 and came back to this first episode. Yearning for episode 3 and more!

This needs a movie. We cannot throw their chemistry just like this.

No crisis. No unrequited love. No third person. Just a beautiful short love story told in such a way that captures the viewers heart. I applaud the writers and the production team and the director - well done. This was perfect.

This needs to become one of those "six seasons and a movie" show. It's so great, you've done in 7 minutes what some dramas can't do in 12 episodes... Please let this be something that gets developed further 🙏🏻❤

Luckily those in the military are allowed to get visits from people like friends and family every now and then...according to the dramas and manhuas I have read haha

it's so unhealthy how many times I've come back to watch this shortfilm. the storyline their acting and the cinematography everything is just so beautiful.

I loved this part 3:25 they both knew something shifted between them and the way Jaeseong can’t resist his cuteness 5:12 and how Mingyu went to Jaeseong and hugged him 5:37 surprising him, and when the hug lasted more than he expected, he said “Gross” 5:45 just like Kiyoi (My Beautiful Man) meaning something else, so after Mingyu just confessed his feelings 5:59 when Jaeseong realized his best friend actually felt the same, he just hugged him 6:09 you can tell he was harboring feelings for him. There was mutual pining and slow burn and he made sure Mingyu wait for him, giving just a taste of what he could get later 6:30 Mingyu needed more of that 6:38 🤭

Strongberry's contents are masterpieces. They deserve to be in the mainstream screen.

This short is the beginning of a beautiful love story... leaves me wanting so much more! My heart can't take it! Loved it so much!

i kept rewatching parts, not only do they have chemistry but it feels very down to earth instead of cliche, they’re super cute

This is so sweet, in so many levels. It kinda reminds me the amount of courage and energy it takes to fight for whom you love. The awkwardness, the silliness, the way they look at each other and don't know how to express their feelings. So sweet. I love this. I want more!

Mingyu is adorable. Jaeseong has that indefinable "it" star quality. The quiet strength. The expressive eyes. The smile. If Strongberry grows to be in a position to produce longer BL series and films for a broader audience, it will drag South Korea - and the rest of Asia - into the 21st century in their wider acceptance of the LGBTQ community ... and wouldn't the world be better off for it? Excited to see what's next, Strongberry ... waiting and rooting for your major success!

Looking at the comments saying this (and other Strongberry projects) should be longer....I both agree and disagree. I'd love to see what they could produce on a larger scale; it would absolutely epic. On the other hand I also hope they keep making these short films. They manage to distill a 12 episode series into a few minutes, cut out anything unnecessary, and get the point across. It's amazing! There's no filler or fluff, no ridiculous amount of extra characters. It's a complete story, filled to the brim with complex things, expressed in a minimal amount of time. Breathtaking.

I normally dislike short movies because if the chemistry and plot is good, then I am so frustrated after it that it´s just a short movie. But for some reason, I ALWAYS find myself coming back to the Strongberry channel and watching all of them. Great job. You can pull me into your works that I normally wouldn´t like to watch but I still do it. And they never disappoint. These two main leads had great chemistry.

Sometimes all it takes is a few seconds of insane courage. I always admire that in people, real people or characters.
