I have been an army for 1month ,, jin is such an angel I can't imagine aday without him he is so kind, handsome in and out he has agood personality stay safe my jin we miss you hope your doing well in military

I notice that they are all his seniors who are not as well-known or popular anymore instead of the younger, more current & popular stars like Park Bo Gum, Park Seo Joon etc. I think that shows his sincerity and gratitude towards his elders. For me, that’s what makes him a ‘star’.

Dude these people are more well known than park bo gum or park Seo joon in Korea. Mostly the younger audience knows these actors but majority of the Korean audience knows these older people because they are really popular MC’s/ comedians. Especially ji seokjin, my friends are Korean and trust me almost everyone in Korea knows who he is same with norazo (the green guy). Kim namgil is a very well respected actor in Korea too who was frequently voted the sexiest man by Korean women and had lots of endorsements . Also that chef is amongst the most popular chef in Korea who comes on a very popular variety show. Solbi is also decently popular because she was a part of a famous girl group of her time. Just because they are old does not mean they are not popular, these people can really rival bts’s popularity in Korea because they are a household name !

Rose How lucky you are to have korean friends to help you be so knowledgeable about such things but I was merely trying to say that he is comfortable and respectful towards older people, that he doesn’t just ally himself with the younger set who are more global in appeal. In other words he believes in being inclusive. Also, BTS don’t limit themselves to only their domestic market but also venture into the international market so people like me now know about them more so than we do the older celebs but thanks for the education anyway.

BTS might not do that, they might enlist in a 'normal' schedule for male idols. We must support them with whatever their decision is as a team and individuals. We're not BTS members. A petition would do nothing and might cause distress for BTS because we're telling them their decision is wrong. We shouldn't be telling them how to live their lives. I'm not Korean so I can't speak over Koreans in this matter also.

The members of BTS already treat others with such humility, respect and kindness there is no higher bar. Military Conscription usually breaks those wwith successful careers whose lives are divided into 1) when I was a ____________Star and 2) after conscription. I can count and name on the fingers of one hand those whose lives were improved by binning their hard won success for conscripted nonentity and suffering. Do toy believe SUFFERING makes better people of us? You would be wrong. Statistics and data show that unrelieved suffering CAUSES 1) suicide 2) substance abuse 3) depression and self-abuse 4) homelessness 5) alienation from peer group 6) bankruptcy ______shall I go on???

I'm really proud to see that many famous people appreciate him not for his looks, but for who he is and for his polite ,kind and amazing personality...Not only he has an amazing personality but he has capability to make a tense or awkward atmosphere into a more comfortable and funny one...ill always love Jin for everything.. I've been following BTS from their Rookie era. I was in my middle school year and as I grow up with them I started to live by Jin's wisdom. His story, personality, and songs really help me change to be a better person. He was not my bias before but as BTS grew he became my most treasured member for the impact his words and songs had in my life. I'm truly grateful to find an idol that I can look up as a role model. I love him so much.

저도 이부분이 다시한번 충격이었어요! 보통 연락이와서 대답을 할때 예의만 차리려면 "네~ 누나도 건강잘 챙기시구요 다음에 모여서 밥 꼭 먹어요" 요렇게 마무리하듯이 답장했어도 충분하다고 생각했는데 그림잘그리고 있냐고 근황 물어보는거보고 진짜 헤어나올수 없게됐네요...

I’ve just remembered 3 other occasions that he was gentlemanly: 1. He separated from his group to keep a lone celeb company coz he saw him feeling alone and awkward. 2. Suga made him switch places such that he ended up standing beside an older, lone celeb and jin did so, immediately acknowledging and greeting him very respectfully, bowing multiple times. 3. A florist they worked with on one of the Run BTS eps commented about how jin was very well-mannered and gracious, apologizing and explaining why he had to act so ‘extra’.

I find Jin so handsome and a very warm kindhearted person!

The problem.is that they have less freetime.. must be hard to keep their friendships outside of bts alive.. but in his vlive it was 12 pm.midnight were he checked his phone .. does not include the calls he got durinc the day..dont missunderstand

His personality is clearly seen from his face. I mean he's not only handsome but he's sincere and kind . His face shows it all . And I don't find any reason to believe them who say BTS pretend their personalities . I feel all of them are just themselves on and off camera .

I only wish he could meet regulary with peopke he likes.. hw seems to havw friends in different ages and backgrounds
