Came here to say this. He willingly took damage from the Mutas by delaying his turrets and the counter totally offed JD. Tastosis think the build wasn't polished enough, but I reckon it's designed to take some muta damage. If he had a flash number of turrets to defend, JD wouldn't have committed so hard with the mutas.

It’s not a joke when artosis says that he’s the smartest player in sc2. There are players better than him, but if anyone can be called a genius in sc2 I think it’s him.

It gives me an instant 2005 vibe. Hearing windows notifications, crappy sound and potato video quality :D Amazing, this is the true spirit of StarCraft: BroodWar, let's go!

Yeah whether it's a cast, podcast, or live TV the difference between in person and over video is night and day. There's just enough latency over video that it prevents having a natural conversation and becomes "your turn, my turn" with mess ups in between.

Tasteless and Artosis are so humble they don't realize THEY are the reason everyone outside of Korea still watches

Artosis or tasteless, if you need help with the audio in some way let me know. I’m a music producer. The audio is pretty messed up either way tasteless being panned to the left or something weird you guys did in the setup. It sounds really weird and tough to listen to. Grateful to you guys as always and would be honored to help

I think they actually like having poor production. Either that or Artosis is allergic to help. Realistically though, I think he might be doing too much; he streams A LOT and he's got 3 youtube channels and a family.

You could have flipped channels, either through your audio settings or if you are using headphones, just put the "left"ear piece in/on your right ear and vise-versa!

Hey guys. Thanks for the casting! Patreon supporter here too. When recording your mics, it's very evident that your microphone can detect from which direction you're talking from. So Tastless was in my left ear and Artosis in the right. When you record yourselves, could you record yourselves in mono? That would make you much easier to listen to! Thanks again for the casting! They probably are literally using a 2-1 usb xlr amp where one mic is left channel and other is right. You just need to use equalizer APO to merge the channels into one

You can hear it really clearly when Tasteless mutes his mic to sneeze and you only hear from the right. It is clear they each have a mic, one that has recorded the left and the other right.

The Best way to encourage people to subscribe for an entire year in patreon is to provide content all year round. I mean, 4 months of ASL content just wont do it. I suggest that tastosis cast a few Ultimate Battles, ASL online qualifiers, or whatever games afreecatv is hosting. Hopefully afreecatv will allow that as they also get a share of patreon revenues.

This audio is pretty rough. It's particulary noticible during the ads that one of the mics is picking up the game audio. Sick games but, hope to see more of TY next season and on the youtube casts.

After todays performance it stuck me that I’m expecting way too much from JD or pretty much any old gods. I’m expecting them winning effortlessly with decisiveness, moves or timing and execution and only fall to the other old gods there are. But it all is just a nostalgia. And I’m sure precisely because expectations like that haunts JD his plays are so fragile and inconsistent. And that won’t change I feel. RIP old gods, that was fun.

Audio quality is fine, but at least early in the video it sounds like Tasteless is solely in my left ear and Artosis is solely in my right ear. I would prefer that both be in both ears!

My thought exactly, Shuttle's face is mirrored on top of his monitor, so most likely it is there as Shuttle's face was on the big screen behing JD.

I can't believe TY is playing in Brood War now, this is crazy. Still miss him in Starcraft 2, but this makes up for it a bit.

Hey, pretty sure you guys are using two mic’s on one stereo track which is why you guys are panned left and right. Use one mono track for each microphone to fix that :)

Interesting games and enjoying the casting as usual. Did they forget TY played Brood War as Baby though? He was mostly a second-tier pro but definitely decent, but here he's talked about only as an SC2 player. I hope TY sticks around, really fun player.

Tastosis wrong . Jyj confirmed he MEANT to cancel the barracks and tried to full shuttle with it. The 2nd barracks adds only 1 or 2 marines so not needed in this great build.

the live casting is soo much better, makes me miss the good ol days when we had live casts, only downside is that the music sound at 14:30 fe is too loud so its hard to hear them talking
