300 g Beef brisket (beef ribs)
1 peeled white radish
25 g shallots (or a few, sliced)
6 garlic cloves (you can add more if you like)

Cinnamon powder appropriate amount
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 bay leaf
chopped green onion (for decoration)
Note:
1. The beef brisket will get smaller and smaller as it cooks, so those who like more meat can add more.
