Have you not heard of displacement? Besides, people who order ask for ice. So if they fill the whole cup w the drink where do you think will they be able to put the ice without it over filling? Use some logic

If you take a closer look, the cups are filled to the brim with ice. Some of it is unnecessary. If they take it out, there indeed would be more room for drink. ... Your approach was offensive. Please don't talk to other people like this.

@@Hello.How-are-you-tonight. it seems that you dont really understand Korean culture, which is fine. Koreans tend to favour lots of ice in their drinks as opposed to, say Americans. They're notoriously known for their love of icy drinks even in the middle of winter. Heck their most popular drink during winter is iced americano. They're that fond of ice. So for me its no wonder the cafes there fill these glasses with ice to the brim. That's just what they prefer in general. They'd rather have lesser liquid that is perfectly ice cold than have a less icy drink. I apologise for my tone of voice. I won't make excuses that was rude and wrong of me. I'll be better and try to talk more politely. Have a good day.
