I bought ConocoPhilips and Chevron stocks in April 2023. ConocoPhilips up significantly while Chevron way down. Both were recommended "buys". My question is what to do now? Sell off my Chevron at a loss and buy more ConocoPhilips or just hold both? Any thoughts?

All this means that they will place all the extra pressure and extra risk on employees, they will make their employees work extra overtime exempt hours and lay the risks and exposures on them leading to more resignations and less retention of their best workers.
