love all your asmr videos so much. At some point last year I got deeper into listening to this channel, and now I regularly use them while I harvest (i'm a veggie farmer), or when I do yoga/ meditation. I'd love to be a patreon but farmers don't make enough moola lol. A lot of ppl think reiki is bs because they don't understand that they have to work WITH you in removing their negativity and bad energy. You have to think about what you want released and work on physically/metaphysically letting that energy go, but bc you can't see anything actually happening they think it's bs. 3rd try to stay awake while watching this video. So cheesy, but true. You're Always growing, moving, guiding and helping others. Like a Real MF G🤓, Mama Lune. I think I've plateaued in my growth. I use ur vids to self-mentor. Ive been doing the work, even went to dr., counseling, support groups, etc. Its been a slow process..slowwwww. I've discovered the root issue (simple sounding but soul separating) . All areas of my wellness are affected; I don't know how to get past this lesson. I don't trust the Universe anymore. Not a political statement, this is about my personal belief system being allowed to be shattered. I'm aware of what needs to be done. I don't feel like continuing to be myself anymore. I've shed all who needed released from my life and mine from theirs; I appreciate them and truly honor the memories and experiences but I must be moving on. Well, now I've isolated, come to an extremely painful plateau, and rambled on and on. lol Ok I'll finish. . My soul and mind were at peace before-- I Handlled sporadic disasters with grace (I just viewed everything as a possible way to learn.I LOVE LOVE LOVE learning. Iif not focused nor have a direction, I can get study research crazy. .lol and waste my time). But whats the point? The reason I felt a beat or always felt a smile is because I trusted the universe. I don't trust it anymore. My brain is shirt-circuiting . I'm done writing🥰for reals this time . I started crying and I'm still babbling. And I don't know what else to do but write into this safe place. In hopes, I don't trigger others . I just need someone to know. That might understand. I dont want to hurt myself, rest assured. I have no self to hurt. Im grieving over myself. ugh. gnite
