Exactly what I needed, as I try to sleep on an air mattress in an unfamiliar room, knowing I’ve only got 4 hours to sleep. Hopefully this helps relax me!

This session has been around for a while but I keep returning to it over and over again. It is SO WONDERFULLY PEACEFUL AND SOOTHING!!!! I've been stressing out today because we've had a horrible snow storm that's included many inches of heavy wet snow, gusty winds that have caused tree damage, and temps in the 20's, meaning that we'll be living in a world of ice for several days. This evening was the perfect time to once again relax with this particular session. Thank you so very much for the time, effort and thought that you put into it. I am grateful.

Love your videos, I always forget to save my favourite ones after watching as I'm usually falling asleep😌 might sound weird but one thing you do I've realised I especially like is how you verbalise exactly where you're sending reiki etc to if that makes sense😅 it's like I can suddenly feel a warmth to that area. There's plenty more things of course but I'm just choosing one of your videos to watch before settling down into bed. Know it helps when people like/comment though so here we are 😊
