Im feeling this So Hard, esp the energy surge.having to remind myself daily to just focus on what im doing..making small tweaks. The need for consistency, as i tend to be an all or nothing person at times. Slow and stewdy wins the race, i keep telling myself ❤i like this format.

Captions would have been immensely helpful❤ I must say the 'wording' is/would be with and without sound infinitely worthwhile. ~ yes, always, however, frankly, especially right now. This time in this dispensation we need to be contributing to our Well-being as consistently as possible to navigate the energetic storms vying for our holistic attention, balance, grounding ... peace. We cannot contribute or create that which we are unable to maintain in our own energy fields. I guess this could sound preachy ... I definitely do not intend that. Maybe am just processing 'outloud'. Can you write slower, it’s a challenge to process it all. Once the words are written in full only then can you read it, it’s totally different from reading a text that’s already there. Yes, in anticipation of nitwits, I know I can change the speed of the video.
