Good afternoon sir, Please I need your help, I have a fundus camera the output power that power the halogen bulb is 21v 150watt, when we ON the machine without connecting the halogen bulb the power (21v ) is coming but immediately when we connect the bulb the output voltage (21v ) will discharged/ dropped ( no more voltage again) pls I need your assistance pls
