I love you man... I literally teared up.. I finally feel like I understand how aldosterone works! I’ve been feeling pretty dumb/down lately, and now.. I feel like things are getting brighter. I’m a person with Panhypopituitarism which I’ve had for over twenty years. I was diagnosed at Mass. General in 2000 and barely understood what it was and what all my replacement hormones were going to do. it depends on what kind of angiotensin 2 receptor is it binds to, if it is AT1 it's IP3 pathway if angiotensin 2 binds to AT2 receptors it will stimulate c-AMP pathway.
