Maybe not a direct sequel, but they're definitely getting used in this Sinister Six thing they're building to. If they've got Sydney Sweeney under contract there's no way in hell they're not collecting on that.

I guess we could say that but I gotta say that before I saw that movie I didn’t really realize that her power of premonition seemed like a curse at the firsts manifestations.

Ha! Like this movie will get a sequel. Lets just add this to the "failed movie franchise" list. Right up there with the last Airbender he-man Masters of the Universe (1987) my pet monster super Mario Bros 1993 and about a half a dozen more films that i won't name cause you probably haven't seen them

The movie was fine and I would love to see a sequel with the girls and their origin stories. I love Dakota as an actress but she seems like she would be a better playing a villain character in the comic world than a hero. Plus, we really can’t blame the actresses. They all did great. I for one blame Sony, Marvel, and even DC for these ok female heroic movies since the pandemic. Not to mention Marvel did wrong on Scarlett Johansson with streaming and opening weekend at the same time. They didn’t do that for the other Marvel movies during pandemic. Her opening weekend would have made double or even triple the numbers domestically.

I watched this movie at home out of curiosity, and Two Things... 1. Sorry, Jared Leto. 2. I paused this movie at least 7-8 times to get a break and have some energy to get this over with. I saw it two days ago and the only character whose name I can recall was Peter's uncle because I knew him beforehand. I want to say this with utmost sincerity, Tommy Wiseau's The Room was more entertaining than this, at least for me.

I like the movie very much. I don't read comics. I'd love to watch it again.

Such wasted potential for the spider women, by that I mean we never got to see how they got their powers and suits.

So this was a set up to a series…damn shame we won’t get to see the next two to four movies.

Something I like is how they referenced Uncle Ben at the beginning and Madame Web is like "Nah, he'll be Peter's Dad"
